Advisory members assess candidates against the published rubric and record their reasoning. They are appointed for domain expertise, serve under a conflict-of-interest policy, and can recuse from any review.

Prefer to launch with fewer, real members than more, invented ones. An honest board of two named experts is worth more than a page of placeholders.
